Our Story

Past

Founded in Feb 2020 under the guidance of Mr. Tejaswi Surya and Mr. Achyuth Gowda, CiRE unites CRE Senior Professionals. Our dedicated team supported corporate groups during Covid, providing essential medical aid. In a tragic loss, we assisted Mr. Manjunath Sharma from Lowe’s, extending financial support to his family. CiRE’s vision is to achieve industry body status, demonstrated by our support during Covid and Bangalore floods. Today, with the endorsement of the IT Minister, we’re on track to realize this vision soon.

Present

Crafting industry guidelines for Corporate Real Estate, ESG, EHS, and Facilities Management – our aim is to compile a white paper, a Bhagavadgita for all FM Professionals. CiRE is actively collaborating with key platforms like ORRCA, WEPPIA, ELCITA, GACS, FMG, BCIC, FM World, CRISP, and Corporate Kannadigaru to unite the entire fraternity. Our robust calendar features seminars and brainstorm discussions on contemporary issues, from Corporate Governance to Better Bengaluru initiatives.

Future

Our core vision persists – to evolve into an industry body, aiding the Government in policy formulation on Governance, Minimum Wages Act, and CSR. We aspire to contribute to the PPT model, serving as a bridge between campuses and the Government to build a holistic ecosystem. CiRE will continue to be a dynamic platform, fostering knowledge creation, sharing benchmarks, and shaping the future of the industry.

CIRE was formed in 2020 amidst Covid to bring all Senior leaders in Commercial real estate to formulate the following:

  • This platform was only meant for the CRE leaders
  • This platform will create a corpus fund to support the children of the CRE fraternity and the employees in CRE who have financial difficulties
  • This platform aspires to become Industry Body
  • This platform will also work towards a training module and will achieve the status of an industry Body.
  • Last but the least this platform will work towards the Betterment of Bangalore’s infrastructure and support all IT employees in Bangalore to have a better-working ambiance.

This platform was a brainchild of all CRE leaders in Bangalore supported by MP Tejasvi Surya and Deputy CM Ashwth Narayan.
